These terms apply when you book a trial or enrol in classes with NurVerse Quran Academy. By booking, you agree to them.
1. Free trial
New students may take up to 3 free one-on-one trial classes. No payment details are required for the trial, and there is no obligation to enrol afterwards. One free trial per learner.
2. Classes
- All classes are live, one-on-one video lessons, usually on Zoom.
- Class length and frequency depend on your plan, as shown on our pricing page.
- Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account. Parents are welcome to sit in on any class.
3. Scheduling & missed classes
- You may reschedule a class free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice by WhatsApp.
- Classes missed without 12 hours’ notice are counted as taken.
- If your teacher cannot attend, we provide a qualified substitute or reschedule at no cost to you.
4. Fees & payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, or quarterly or 6-monthly at a discount.
- Prices in currencies other than USD are rounded conversions, confirmed in writing before payment.
- Discounts (sibling, quarterly, 6-month, new Muslim, referral) cannot be combined unless we agree in writing.
5. Changing or cancelling
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at the start of any billing period by messaging us. There are no long-term contracts. See our refund policy for refunds.
6. Conduct & safeguarding
We expect respectful conduct from students, parents and teachers. Teachers must follow our safeguarding code, including professional communication and no private contact with child students outside our official channels. Please report any concern to [email protected].
7. Recordings
On plans that include recordings, classes may be recorded for the student’s review and for quality assurance, and are handled as described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
We take great care to provide qualified teaching but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as progress depends on attendance and practice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
